Since last year we have been running music therapy sessions in our local community of St Leonard’s once a month on a Saturday for SEN young people and their carers. During our most recent session on 7th March, we were lucky enough to welcome Sir Chris Chope, local MP who came along to support us and learn more about our sessions.

It was an excellent session attended by eight of our young people and their parents / carers. As usual Linda, who runs these sessions, uses her own unique approach with different props and types of music. Miki always thoroughly enjoys these sessions and it is a vehicle for non verbal children like her to express themselves.
